  Receive, review and analyses all maintenance work request order in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Conduct site visits & discuss with concerned work originators to estimate the exact scope of works for the planned maintenance activities. Attends the regular planning & operation scheduling meetings and provide schedule reports. Determines resources requirements (manpower, equipment, tools, and lifting equipment) and works sequences for maintenance jobs and create request for any additional required resources.
