I had the pleasure of working with Lukasz during my tenure as CTO at Jodel and I cannot recommend him enough. What impressed me the most of Lukasz were his technical abilities and his relentless drive. I had the opportunity to work together with Lukasz for a year during my time at Jodel. Before he joined us, our administrative tools were an unmaintained mess. Once Lukasz started, he used his skills to improve our administrative capabilities quickly and reliably. His Angular-based dashboards have become the main tool administrators and moderators use at Jodel today. Process-wise, he collaborated directly with users, figuring out their needs, prioritizing them and managing expectations - all that while working remotely. Lukasz also grew beyond the frontend, soon starting to implement solutions across the entire stack - on our database, the Node.js backends as well as the frontend.
