As HR & GA Manager, I focused Core HR Processes, payroll and personnel matters, compensation&benefits, social security incentives, industrial relations and general affairs processes, IT help desk. • Core HR : SAP SF HRIS integration and implementations. I imrpoved the e-learning training system, the performance management system, the talent management, the recruitment process developments, the succession planning, the talent management on SAP SF HRIS with my HR team. Also I managed the Global HR processes and actions. • Compensation and Benefits : I managed to calculate and pay the payroll of the employees regaridng to Mercer Wage System for salaried employees and formen and the collective bargaining agreement for hourly employees. Also we gained by 9 million TRY from social security premium incentives and by 211.000 TRY from short term payment. • Industrial Relations : I was bridge between employer and trade union with good communication and true feedback. I managed the collective agrement process. I attended the meetings of group collective bargaining as the employer repsesentative of Hanon. • HR Audit : I managed the Goverment inspector audit, Hanon Internal Audit, Hyundai and Ford customer audit, ISO 9001, 14001, 16949 and OHSAS 18001 successfuly. • General Affairs : I managed the shuttle, the cleaning, the catering, the security and general maintenance for plant. These are to announce, to recieve and to result the tenders and to report to the member board and get the approval from them. We did the cost saving by 5% from GA processes. • IT : I supported the IT consultant for last user, server integration with headquarter. Show less
