As the only PM a the time, I participated in shaping the product in the period leading up to its release and well into its first year. Highly involved on feature level and collaborated a lot with development teams, the CEO and the Growth Team as well as Customer Success Managers to make sure we were working on the most valuable features. Was responsible for ensuring that all feature requirements were defined for a smoother development process. As Workflow Manager, I was central in balancing the prioritization of all active projects. I made sure that developers had what they needed to do what is expected of them, as efficiently as possible. This included implementing all kinds of improvements to the flow of work through the development pipeline: making sure requirements are clear and complete, ensuring that the tasks are being worked on are the most important ones, gathering and providing overview of work as well as insight into estimated completion (and when delays occur, making sure to inform the relevant stakeholders, and taking part in finding ways to solve issues that arise). Responsible for all Scrum Rituals and Jira (task management). Worked closely with the Product Owner. Show less

Was positioned in the Growth department to manage high-touch B2B Customer Success, including teaching sessions with end-users. This position also included weekly meetings with pre-launch customers, as well as being highly involved in account management for current customers. Through that I gradually evolved into more and more project management. First on a few projects, but eventually I moved into a workflow management position in the IT department.
