      I am responsible for leading the Lettings service for social housing across the L&Q group also extending to our Counties region. I work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve our corporate KPI's and have formed strong relationships in all areas of my work. I have been involved in redesigning the Lettings service and implementing new ways of working across the business. Focussing most recently on mobilising our residents to give them a variety of options for those wishing to move and also the introduction of our Rehousing team who deal with all decant related cases and coordination of new build projects. Most recently I have lead the implementation and creation of the Fixed Term Tenancy conversion project and team to ensure that we are successful in our challenge to convert 8,500 fixed term tenancies to lifetime assured.I am an active member of a number of projects across the business that are leading and shaping our organisation such as D365 and our online offer to residents. I was the lead Lettings representative for our merge with East Thames and most recently our joining with Trafford Housing Trust. Show less

      As the Allocations Manager, I was responsible for leading a transformation project within L&Q and implementing new ways of working within the lettings process for social lets. I managed a team of 8 people as well as undertaking responsibility for playing an active part in project working groups and building and introducing new lettings systems across the business. This included a new Allocations Portal as well as the introduction of the online application form.
