Zurich Funding is a “one stop shop financial institution.” The company specializes in full service lending, alternative financing and management for both investors and borrowers. For investors we disperse funds to borrowers in real estate and small businesses to help maximize returns and offset risks. We diversify funds into secure and unsecure loans while brokering and syndicating deals. Mission Statement: Many banks make lending very difficult for both individuals and organizations. Our investors are eager to invest in real estate lending and small businesses. Zurich Funding also works with cross border banks that are interested in expanding their business. Our teams of professionals help create revenue while continuously growing the portfolio. Business Philosophy: For a deal to be successful key points must be met on all sides of the negotiation table. Clients, investors, and the team at Zurich Funding should all feel comfortable with the potential deal at hand, the contracts, and the cash infusions. Once all facets are agreed upon and the business model is in effect we work as a cohesive team to achieve our goals while keeping risks low and profit steady. Industry Type: Zurich Funding is in the alternative finance and brokerage industry. As principal and interest are paid we reinvest in other long- and short-term deals. A healthy amount of capital remains within the company as a contingency for investors withdrawing early. Our contracts make it easy for clients to pay back both principal and interests, which puts our investors at ease. What sets us apart from the rest is that we don’t hold investors’ principal. We pay the principal back to them while maintaining the same interest rate, thereby keeping exposure low, interest steady and returns high.
