Overview

The Zonta Club of Brisbane Breakfast is a member of Zonta International, a leading global organisation empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy. Our members volunteer their time, talents and support to local and international service projects, as well as scholarship programs aimed at fulfilling Zonta's mission and objects. Our breakfast meetings are held on the first Friday of the month and we hold multiple fundraisers throughout the year to assist local and international service projects. Our current local service project is 3rd Space - a daytime drop-in centre where people experiencing or at risk of homelessness find support, friendship and dignity. 3rd Space helps thousands of people every year through the dignity of a hot shower, café style meals as well as access to medical, mental health, law, tenancy, employment and other services. These services focus on breaking the cycle of homelessness.
