Youthful Impact (YFI) is an entrepreneurship program available to youth in Connecticut and the Capital Region of New York. We teach youth to launch business projects and ventures that showcase their employability skills. Our cohorts build a strong portfolio for school and work as they solve real problems in their communities. They also gain an understanding of their passions and interests so that they can pursue academic and work options that align with their values. YFI is a rigorous and well-designed mini-MBA program. We are looking for partners to sponsor our cohorts, add to our program experience, or employ our program graduates.
