YOUR PEOPLE is a sales agency. The agency was founded by Kolja Grischa Keetman in 2003 and started with brands like Vans and Rip Curl. In 10 years working for Vans until late 2012 our agency grew the Vans business in our area more than 15 times in comparison to the 2003 turnover. Being a big VF corporation brand the distribution was changed to sales reps in 2012. Since 2008 we are working for Smith Optics and 2010 we started working for Rome Snowboards. In a fast changing and challenging market we stopped our work for Rip Curl in 2014. We changed our target groups by end of 2013 and renamed our agency. The former name Boards & Kleid didn't match our new products in the bike business and we wanted to be more flexible for new trends, sports and ideas. With our main pillars streetwear / footwear, bike, wintersports, skate and surf / sup we focus on things which we live everyday and which we do best.
