Your Heart On Art’s programs are comprised of 2 –3 hour hands on workshops during which children and adults are invited to express feelings with color. They process their journey of pain, grief, fear or stress through creative art and expression. The guided exercises are effective in encouraging and nurturing all participants to experience an emotional release through their work with color and other art materials. Through a series of colorful exercises, participants reach deep within their souls to access their creative talents. Colors can convey what we can’t say. The colors we choose to represent our feelings, emotions and memories are as unique as each one of us. Participants create from the heart and not from the head which bring to the surface his or her own story. Each painting reflects its creator's unique personal journey.
