You Call This Yoga was founded in 2010 to bring free yoga practices to people who could not readily gain access to its physical and mental health benefits. Yoga has a long history of enhancing well-being. We provide an opportunity for anyone to learn about and experience the benefits of yoga. Our yoga and mindfulness programs serve a wide range of participants who are diverse in age, skill and capacity. Based in Raleigh, NC, we offer in-person and virtual classes and events.
