You Work Life! connects international skilled labour with Austrian & German Hospitality, Tech and Health businesses. This project was born with the aim of fighting the labor shortage in Europe and, at the same time, providing third-country nationals with access to work opportunities in Europe. We were founded in 2022 and within a few months built a database of over 12.000 professionals who meet the necessary characteristics and skills to make their professional career in Europe. 🏨 Hotel and hospitality headhunting We have a database of 12.000 candidates (October 2023). There are several ways to go through this process and we support the hotel and the candidate step by step. In addition to visa management, we help in the relocation process of the new employee.
