Established in December 2009, Yo’ Care South Sudan is a not-for-profit, non-political, Non-Government Organization (NGO) based in Juba, South Sudan. The organization is run by South Sudanese medical, healthcare, and nutritional professionals to create, develop, and provide comprehensive and integrated basic healthcare, nutrition, and WASH (Water, Hygiene and Sanitation) services to the South Sudanese public. Yo’ Care South Sudan has worked in partnership with various donors, including IntraHealth International, USAID and South Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SSHF). This work currently includes the implementation of a four-year USAID funded Advancing HIV/AIDS Epidemic Control (AHEC) activity in South Sudan helping key populations in Juba, Rumbek, Nimule, Bor, Wau & Yambio.
