Overview

Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners is an incorporated not-for-profit organization. It promotes interest in, and understanding of, international arbitration, particularly among young Canadian lawyers working in private practice, in-house, and in government, as well as among other interested young professionals, the courts, the Canadian and international business community, Canadian and foreign legislative bodies, arbitral institutions, and the public at large.
