The Laboratory has been accredited by: National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) India • For Electro-technical calibration on 30/9/1996 • For Electrical Testing on 15/9/2001, United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS), United Kingdom • For Electro-technical Calibration on 29/4/1999 • For Electrical Testing on 10/4/2003 YMPL testing and calibration services include - Type testing of static energy meters as per IEC 62052-11, IEC 62052-21, 22, 23, IEC 61036, IEC 60687, IEC 61268, IS13779, IS14697, AS1284.5, AS1284.9, NSC M6 (Australian requirements), CBIP Report-88. - Diaphragm and Ultrasonic domestic gas meter testing & calibration as per BS EN 1359, BS EN 14236, EN 16314, OIML R137-1&2, IEC 60068-2. - EMI/EMC tests, Environmental tests, Mechanical tests like Vibration and shock, Electrical tests - Type tests for instrument transformers like CT/PT, as per IS 2705 and IS 3156, - Type tests for Electrical Measuring Transducers as per IEC 60688/IS 12784, EMI/EMC tests for medical instruments as per IEC 60601-1-2. - Developmental phase testing and certification services to meter manufacturers, BIS, and utilities. YMPL also provides Mobile laboratory services for testing energy meters / CT and VT up to 132Kv. Yadav measurement metering academy conducts basic and customized training sessions for utility site engineers in the power and gas sectors. Since the year 2004, the training academy has trained more than 5000 engineers across the globe.
