Xuper Accountantz.org Pvt. Ltd. felt the need of bridging the gap between Employers and potential Candidates/Professionals looking for jobs/assignments in Accounting and related fields. Not only has it tried to fill the gap in full time Employment but also between the Employers and Employees looking for part time assignments as well as Businessman, Industrialists, people in service industries and Startups looking for Professionals like Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and MBAs. Many a time there are good candidates in the market and also people looking for them but due to lack of synergies between the two, they are not able to connect with each other. Accountantz.org tried to solve this problem by building this website and application which is expected to be of great help to both the Employers and Employees and in turn strengthen the Accounting Industry and smoothen the functioning of accounts departments of the company with the right candidate(s) at the right place. This Application also has a section called 'Work from Home'.There are many candidates, mostly females, who are competent to work but are unable to do a job because of family compulsions and other such commitments.
