XpertTicket is an innovative customer service Ticketing tool system that helps companies manage their service and support cases. The system or app creates a "ticket" which documents customer requests and interactions over time, making it easier for customer service reps to resolve complicated issues. The tool also have Ticket Data Analysis feature enabled on AI platform. The Ticket data analysis tool takes operation data of a client and other structured data in the ticket as an input, automatically calculates a number of metrics, assess these metrics, and provide a dashboard summarizing the client's operational performance.
