XLRI is dedicated to its vision of nurturing future business leaders who can address industry and societal needs. In 2022, the institute launched Xavier Online Learning (XOL), an AICTE-approved 2-year online master-level program. This program provides participants with an integrated approach to management functions and related skills, including a 3-week immersion at XLRI campuses. The XLRI-XOL Postgraduate Diploma in Management offers specializations in Business Management, Human Resource Management, and Finance.
