The XInvest is an independent real estate and family office representing more than 45 active investors. We operate an Real Estate division representing multiple owners in exclusive deals, and Prime Real Estate Assets division. But because they are not our products, we are unbiased and only recommend what is in each client’s best interest. We also care about the communities we are part of. We keep clients well-informed about progress toward their investments goals. Besides sending teasers regularly, our advisors often meet with clients to assess performance, hear about life events that may change the client’s needs, re-evaluate recommendations, and update their portfolio.
