X-Academy is a world first transition skills initiative, charged with focusing today’s bright minds on solving real life climate change energy issues. Led by Xodus, with £1.6 Million in grant funding allocated via ETZ Limited from the North East Economic Recovery and Skills Fund and further support from bp and EnBW. X-Academy will offer training opportunities for hundreds of people to work directly on initiatives to reduce emissions and accelerate efforts towards net zero. Based in Aberdeen, the two-year mentored placements are open to graduates and people looking to reskill for positive change. X-Academy’s first ever cohort is now open for interested individuals who want to make a transformative difference to support the planet.
