Being a Recruitment Consultant for almost 4 years, allowed me to perfectly meet my clients needs for their Human Resources Policy, identifying the best candidates on the market whose skills matched their culture and professional expectations. Certified in personality assessments for recruitment purpose, I have been managing the hiring process, analyzing soft and hard skills, for international leading companies. During my different job positions I gained exposure to a number of functions, that required analytical skills, adaptability and business sector knowledge. That is why today, my purpose is to develop future graduates and young professionnals' employability skills.
