He is the founder/editor in chief of Tax Law Report of Nigeria (TLRN) and Tax Journal of Nigeria (TJN). He is also the founder and coordinator of Tax Masters, a tax training institute dedicated to developing tax practitioners in Nigeria. Samuel Esuga Samuel is an integral member of the Dispute Resolution and Taxation Practice Groups with vast experience in litigation, having practiced in several high profile cases in both trial and appellate courts. His area of specialization includes taxation, corporate-commercial, regulatory compliance. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. Olumayowa Oluwole Mayowa is a core member of the litigation team of the firm with vast experience in litigation and dispute resolution in various courts in Nigeria.
