William R. Mitchell III is the owner and founder of WR Mitchell Contracting, LLC. William is a native of Atlanta, GA. Growing up with a family development background William has over 14 years of construction experience in all facets of the industry. Working his way up from field labor, to intern, to Superintendent, to Estimator, to Pre-Construction Manager, to Project Manager, to Team Lead he has performed all construction tasks on a variety of construction projects. These projects include the following: Interior Buildouts — Class A Office, Class A Retail, Banking, Financial and Restaurant Program Management — Multi-site Renovations, Multi-site Brand Upgrades and Multi-site Full Fit-ups / Buildouts (all 100+ annually) Ground Up Projects — Office Building, Retail Strip Center, Stand Alone Retail, Retail Out Parcels, Water Treatment Facility, Multi Family and Mixed Use Office-Retail
