Our mission is to increase happiness and improve mental health and wellbeing, at home, in the community, and in the workplace, to help create a happier and more caring society. Let's join together to make the world a better place by reaching out and spreading the word about activities - and contributing stories and news items - about happiness and wellbeing. We are up for collaborating with any other organisations in this space- together we will all be stronger.
