Women play many critical roles within the family business, on the family and business side alike. Often, some of the roles are not understood or even recognised, especially when it comes to the role of being the voice for the family – the family champion. We want to acknowledge this and the reality that different conversations and support are required to identify and balance the many roles women play within a business family.
