Womenia Chakra is a non-profit organization working primarily for empowering rural women. Womenia Chakra, which is a platform to empower rural women via online and offline mode by providing opportunities to influence the status of women, both economically and socially- through employment practices, sourcing, product and service development, partnerships, supplier relationships, and marketing campaigns. It was started with Womenia Story in 2017 to preserve the rich tradition and handicraft skills and enhance the visibility, while Hunar Didi which is closely associated with women to create and grow socially responsible businesses by implementing smart solutions like aesthetic packaging, branding, training and providing e-market place, upskilling and cross skilling and, Womenia Maverick is for providing online & offline consultation to rural women at nominal charges.
