WoCC is a global and multidisciplinary group of womxn* (female and gender non-binary) in the professional world of medical cannabis. We harness the power of collaboration, network and mentoring to bring innovative business ideas to life faster and easier, and to increase the impact of diverse leadership on this and other sectors. There is a fundamental lack of womxn representation in all industries, and here lays an essential opportunity for amendment. This is a space of womxn empowerment, by womxn, which will emphasize each womxn's personal advantages and talents, through their acknowledgement and nurture.
