Women in Tech Oslo is a volunteer-led organization. Our mission is to involve more women in technology and to build a community that supports the diverse population of Oslo. We arrange free conferences and workshops led by experienced instructors from leading technology companies such as Microsoft, Sopra Steria, Accenture, Bouvet, Bekk, Finn, and many others. Each workshop leaves participants with new knowledge, applicable skills, and something to take home for their portfolio. The goal of our events is to create confidence that anyone can learn to program. That first “aha, I can do that!” moment is crucial for people to choose the technological pathway.
