Women Empowerment & Resilience Group has for mission to support women of all ages to nurture their well-being and safety while preserving their autonomy and promoting empowerment. Our mission is to increase access to psychological services and ensure the continuation of services. We welcome all women undergoing relational difficulties including divorce, separation, family issues, isolation, and life adversities such as loss, abuse, violence, and traumas. Women choose their modality of therapy from the individual. couple, family therapy, and/or group therapy. We believe all women, from the workforce to mothers, daughters, and retirees should have access to a safe place to share, grow, and make decisions that will foster their well-being and safety. The group is a great opportunity to learn from others and find hope and purpose in times of difficulties while benefitting from the guidance of a therapist present during sessions. Topics ranging from self-esteem, boundaries, self-care, divorce, and separation, to mental health, safety, and mental health are discussed upon demand of members or natural flow of discussion within the group. We offer the group in English, but all other services are available in English, French, Spanish, and Russian. We also offer telehealth. We accept most insurance. We are also VANext providers.
