Overview

Women Breaking Barriers aims to equip women in Northern Ireland with skills, awareness and training in new and exciting relevant employment areas. It is a brand new pilot programme that will equip women in Northern Ireland with the skills necessary to overcome personal barriers to employment and education, and to develop the skills to move forward in their journey to employment. Delivery of all activities will take place at the point of need across the region.
