Military Housing Agency based in Warsaw is a state organizational unit with a legal personality. It operates under the Act of 22 June 1995. Accommodation of the Polish Armed Forces (Codification Dz.Uz 2010r.Nr 206, poz.1367 as amended,) and the statute given to the Regulation of the Minister of National Defence on 26 May 2010 . on the statute of the Military Housing Agency (Dz. U. No 108, item. 705, as amended. d. Dz.U.2012.720) and other implementing regulations issued on the basis of the Law. Military Housing Agency performs both tasks own and commissioned. Own tasks of the Agency shall in particular: 1. The management of entrusted property of the Treasury 2. The marketing of real estate, including the sale of residential and other real estate and infrastructure 3. Taking and acquisition of real estate 4. Overhaul of apartment buildings and dormitories, as well as related infrastructure 5. Running a business 6. Preparation of the draft three-year plan for the use of the housing stock and internatowego and present Minister of National Defence for approval.
