WJP - Coaching partners provides business, career and life coaching services to individuals, business leaders and teams nationally and internationally. We also provide coaching supervision. As we are convinced of the positive impact of coaching for everyone, and are aware that many people think that only other people can have access to coaching, we aim to lower perceived barriers to coaching and make coaching accessible. When you partner with WJP you double the value of your investment as we use the fees from standard fee paying clients to make coaching accessible to those with modest resources. For example, we work on a reduced fee basis with Charities, subsidising operations from profits to provide competent excellence that supports Charities to deliver on their mandate. WJP helps shift the focus from the problem to the solution, from where you are, to where you want to be, in a clear and progressive transition, through coaching, mentoring, guiding and/or advising depending on your need. We focus on improving performance through development of emotional intelligence, use of strengths, cultural complexities and solutions, strategic decision making, change management and stakeholder collaboration. We also coach clients in personalised health and nutrition to help manage stress and burnout. In business in addition to coaching, WJP provides consulting and interim management services in the area of programme management and corporate support to international and other public sector organisations, and registered charities.
