Winchester Rescue Mission is a lifeline for Northern Virginia residents who are struggling with poverty and homelessness. Since 1973, Winchester Rescue Mission has provided healing from the past, help for the present and hope for the future to thousands of men, women and children experiencing homelessness and are disadvantaged residents of the Northern Shenandoah Valley.
