But implementation of such evidence-based recommendations can be challenging, and that’s where Wills Consulting and Freddie Speaks, entities of Wills ISG, come in. Wills ISG works closely with colleges and universities, K-12 institutions and social change organizations to manage, design, and implement measurable initiatives that will 1) advance mission and vision, 2) improve efficiency, and 3) provide solutions for complex organizational challenges. The President Freddie E. Wills, Jr. is a higher education professional knowledgeable about theories and practices that meet at the intersection of secondary and post-secondary education. Freddie is skilled at navigating a range of research, private, professional, and religious educational institutions and organizations.
