Williams Industries Inc. was founded in 1972 by its Chairman, Ralph 'Bizzy' Williams and is a diversified Caribbean corporation with headquarters at Cane Garden, St. Thomas in Barbados. From its headquarters it controls several wholly owned and joint venture companies in Barbados and other Caribbean countries. These companies currently do business in manufacturing, electrical engineering, supply to the construction industry, farming, tourism, alternative energy, water desalination, well drilling, real estate development, malls, restaurants, building rental, equipment rental, cellular communications and most recently virtual and serviced offices. The Group currently employs over 840 people, 424 of them are shareholders.
