Overview

Founded in 2011 by Chris Glab and Rick Goldberg, Wildbrine began as a mission-driven effort to bring healthful, naturally fermented foods to a local community. Born out of a volunteer initiative for the Ceres Community Project, Wildbrine soon found its krauts becoming a hit among local health-conscious consumers, leading to the birth of the brand. Over the years, Wildbrine has been passionately experimenting with fermented vegetables and globally inspired flavors, expanding its range to include a variety of fermented krauts, kimchis, srirachas, and salsas. In 2021, Wildbrine leveraged its fermentation expertise to introduce WildCREAMERY, a line of plant-based dairy alternatives. Further innovation came in 2023 with the launch of WildVINE, a line of unique pickled vegetables, demonstrating Wildbrine's continued commitment to culinary creativity. Since becoming part of the Fermented Food Holdings family in December 2021, Wildbrine has continued to expand its reach, bringing its flavorful and nutritionally rich products to more consumers. With every jar, Wildbrine celebrates the power of good food and the connections it fosters.
