Overview

Our story started after dining in seafood restaurants around the world. From our experience, we were sure of one thing: the standard of fish could, and should, be higher. So we made it our mission to share the Nordic quality we know and love with the rest of the world – and, as we’re Icelandic, it of course had to be in the most responsible way possible. So we collaborated with local chefs and focused on innovation and sustainability – while preserving every inch of taste and quality. Because when it comes to our fish, we want you to love more than just the taste. Thanks to our Natural Cooling Formula, you no longer have to travel all the way to the North Atlantic to taste high-quality fish.
