Whistler Cooks Fine Foods was established in 1999 by founders Grant and Hilarie Cousar in Whistler British Columbia. They built a catering company that harnessed their zest for life in the mountains and love of Whistler's character to become the spirit behind their delicious food. Selecting plenty of ingredients from the region's fertile valleys, Whistler Cooks uses a fresh approach with the very best local harvest each season. Chefs at Whistler Cooks balance their timeless and refined French classical training with the energy and taste of Asian and West Coast flavours from the Pacific Rim. Whistler Cooks is the Sea to Sky Corridor's premiere catering company; we cater a large range of events, from large sporting events to music festivals and weddings to private functions. Whistler Cooks operates locations and events in several areas of the community including the Olympic Park, Aava Hotel, Squamish Lil'Wat Cultural Centre and our headquarters in Function Junction.
