The WIU School of Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Decision Sciences is home to five undergraduate programs--the BBs in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics & Economics and the BA in Economics as well as four graduate programs: MA in Accounting, MS in Quantitative Economics, Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics and MS in Applied Statistics and Decision Analytics. At both the undergraduate and graduate levels we have a number of scholarship and fellowship opportunities including Fullbright and Peace Corps Fellowships. Our Analytics & Economics Student Association involves students in educational, networking, and social activities. The faculty of the department are committed to teaching and are actively engaged in research. The research enriches the classroom experience by encouraging faculty to bring in fresh ideas and perspectives. Faculty present their work to their peers and to our graduate students in a seminar series adding intellectual vigor to the program.
