Overview

Wendy Lanier is a former elementary science teacher who writes, teaches, and speaks on a variety of topics for both children and adults. With a fast-paced style full of humor and candor, she's sure to make you laugh even as she challenges your thinking. Wendy is the author of a number of books for children and young adults covering such diverse topics as life cycles, the use of maps, Texas symbols, and abortion. As an 18 year veteran of the classroom she has taught grades 3, 4, 6, and 7 as well as adult Bible studies. With a plethora of personal educational experiences as well as a wide variety of teaching audiences, Wendy has become adept at capturing her audience from her first word. She is a CLASS (see their link on Wendy's links) certified public speaker available for public or private school presentations and Christian events or retreats.
