WellFit Sports & Therapy combine injury prevention and assessments, fitness & performance training and recovery/ rehab all under one roof. The end result is a comprehensive program where all aspects of an athlete or active individuals performance is skillfully planned and implemented to get the best results possible. Because we include all aspects of prevention and performance into our product there are no disconnects between our doctors, trainers and specialty staff. This allows our staff the ability to communicate effectively and prevent overuse or miscommunication that can lead to our clients not getting the best results and our patients from becoming re-injured due to negligence.
