In keeping with the spirit of recycling, WELA-Plast GmbH produces its products from production waste, faulty batches or overproduction of plastic-processing companies as well as commercial waste high-grade recycled granulates. These are re-used in different industries such as the foil industry, horticultural industry, insulating materials industry or construction industry. Since its foundation in 1991, our company has developed itself as a recognised specialist in the plastics industry. Demandoriented and optimised production of plastic granulates at the request of customers for different industries is one of our core competencies. The current product portfolio includes standard polyolefins such as polypropylene and polyethylene types, as well as engineering plastics such as polystyrene and ABS. Furthermore, WELA-Plast GmbH specialises in the careful reclamation of biodegradable plastics and to prepare them for their reuse. In addition, apart from the existing certifications (ISO 9001:2015, BS OSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 50001:2011), we are also certified in accordance with EuCertPlast allowing processing companies to advertise with the “Blauer Engel” (Blue Angel eco label).
