Who? MONIA is an exclusive shop selling unique and contemporary Mediterranean design. We are the shopfront of a partnership between independent brands and independent consumers. We have carefully selected small and innovative brands and designers to allow our customers to have unique, well crafted pieces for their home and in their wardrobes. Through the things that we sell, we hope to bring a flavour of the spirit and magic of the Mediterranean. We are young company based in London and are lucky enough to have roots on an Island in Greece. It was in the heart of Greece that the MONIA dream began and this is where most of our design partners are currently based. Our opening collection has been selected to demonstrate the future we see for our company. We will be increasing our offer to include more designers from more locations as soon as possible so you can be sure that the items you are purchasing reflect the newest development on the Mediterranean design scene. We started MONIA because we believe that small, independent brands deserve a wider market place and that there is a UK market for unique and well crafted designware. Though the beauty of the Mediterranean is commonly reflected by larger retailers, we are confident that the love and attention that has gone into our products will bring greater satisfaction to our customers.
