Overview

WE-FORM is a human-led codesign partner. Collaborative by nature, we believe the best ideas are informed by the diverse insights of many, that the sum of many parts are greater as a whole. We use leading design practices to shine a light on tough issues, in order to create relevant business success for your people, clients and customers. We challenge the uniform, to differentiate, and formulate these many parts in a fresh, informed, dynamic way – to reframe a new normal akin to the innate needs of the people you serve, on and offline. We believe this can create more meaningful brand and customer experiences that can transform that space, that place, a mind, and importantly those moments. We do this through four core disciplines, as partner, team member or service provider – CUSTOMER + EXPERIENCE (CX) Strategic CX analysis, design, journey mapping and product direction. DESIGN + INNOVATION Best practice codesign and innovation methodologies, including workshop facilitation, agile, idea and concept generation, wire-framing and prototyping. BRAND STRATEGY + CULTURE Brand and marketing strategy co-design (blueprints), identity development through to implementation; transformation programme planning including culture change and Mātauranga design. STORYTELLING Omni channel campaign delivery (B2B, B2C), Tone of Voice (ToV), strategic narrative, content and storytelling, information architecture (IA), naming and storyboarding. We work across many sectors – from Arts and Culture, Government, Destination, Energy, Events, Professional Services, Hotels, Luxury, Pharma, Property, Retail, to Technology and Tourism.
