Ways With Words exists to celebrate and promote the power and potential of the written and spoken word. Words help us share ideas. They have the power to help us learn about and understand ourselves, other people, and the world around us. In our programmes we strive to bring together compelling authors, to introduce new subjects and reassess age-old debates. We run our festivals in beautiful locations around the country, celebrating the local places that Ways With Words calls home each year. We hope to welcome you to one of our festivals soon.
