Watkiss Dawson and Ward Ltd is a multidisciplinary design practice with offices in Worcestershire and Shropshire. We work primarily in the Midlands, with our client base extending to the north and south of the country. Our objective with our clients is to achieve excellence in their field that further benefits their customers. We have a broad client base which includes Housing Associations, Partnership Developers, Contractors and similar organisations. The company has been formed from a team with extensive experience in general and specialist housing. We deliver a wide range of housing projects, incorporating private and affordable housing, supported housing, regeneration, master planning, mixed use, reuse of old buildings and conservation projects. We have experience in the design of rural exceptions housing sites and bespoke accommodation for the elderly with extra care, providing independent living apartments for the over 55’s. Our collaborative approach with our clients ensures that we stay at the forefront of current residential initiatives, trends and design standards that enables us to provide high quality, intelligent solutions that deliver value for money.
