WARC Group is a Sierra Leone based company, founded in 2011 by two Argentine entrepreneurs. WARC seeks to shape Africa’s agricultural revolution, through an equitable business model. The company has a farm in Southern Sierra Leone, where it produces rice, maize and soybeans. It also has a consulting line that co-implements donor-funded projects, currently building capacity for 37,000 smallholders, it advises a private farm in Kenya on good agricultural practices (GAPs) and develops business models for social enterprises. The company currently has 11 expatriate and 80 national employees.
