Overview

WAPELRA is a nonprofit association to facilitate professional development and leverage the exchange of information, resources, and ideas to bring value to our members in the Labor Relations & Human Resources fields, and the agencies our members serve. Members come from large and small public sector jurisdictions. This professional mix creates a unique opportunity for members to exchange perspectives, information, and skills in the dynamic fields of public sector labor relations and human resources. WAPELRA is an affiliate chapter of the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA), and through that national network, forms a key professional link with other state PELRA chapters, such as those in California, Illinois, New York, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and several others.
