Overview
The World Academy for the Future of Women (WAFW) was launched on Sias International University campus, Xinzheng, China, in 2008 to advance and accelerate women’s leadership worldwide. The Academy expanded and the Advanced Academy for second-year students, the Academy in Action for third-year students, and the Men’s Academy for the Future of Women for men committed to support the advancement and equality of women worldwide are now established. WAFW is a bold and daring leadership program focused on developing young women and men for leadership roles that will address and achieve gender equality, social justice, and human dignity. WAFW Nepal started in 2017 and WAFW Bangladesh in 2018.
