The company is currently under license application filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (Thai SEC) in order to operate the cryptocurrency exchange services under the laws of Thailand. Waan Exchange Co., Ltd. is required to comply with the AML and CFT legislation standard in Thailand.
